A mechanism sealed inside a housing, a process at cellular scale, a system where the parts only make sense in relation to each other.
Sometimes the material is also just too sensitive to photograph, for embargo, legal or secrecy reasons. Building it in 3D gives full control over exactly what is shown and how.

eHealth Arena · real-time 3D
A digital adaptation of a physical showroom in Kalmar. Built to showcase 30 medical tools and the bigger operating medical system. For this I built the 3D models and designed the rooms to closely relate to the physical showroom while translating well into a 3D browser format.

An ORC makes electricity out of heat that is too cool to drive a steam turbine. Everything it does happens inside sealed vessels, so I built a cross cut view of the components and animated the energy moving through them.

UI design and animation to help drivers and workers navigate a hydrogen station safely and clearly, when they may never have refuelled with hydrogen before.

How it works
I establish what the project is, who it is for, and what needs to be communicated. Budget and schedule are set at the same time, together with the people involved on your side: who leads the project, who supplies source material, and who is responsible for approving content and technical accuracy.
I lay out the story, the visual approach and the shot sequence as a storyboard before production starts, so that what each shot has to accomplish is decided while changes are still cheap.
I build the assets from CAD data, drawings or specifications, and block out the motion. This is the first visual design checkpoint.
Full production: animation, rigging, texturing, lighting, rendering, comping and post production.
Your subject-matter expert or project lead verifies correctness before final delivery.
Consolidated revision rounds, then delivery in the agreed formats, resolutions, and aspect ratios.
